- In a large bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Mix in the pistachio pudding mix until fully combined, creating a thick, green mixture.
- Add the Chex mix and gently stir until all pieces are coated in the chocolate mixture.
- Transfer the mixture to a large zip-top bag, add the powdered sugar, seal tightly, and shake until the Chex mix is well-coated.
- Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet and let it cool before serving.
