Circus Animal Rice Krispies Treats
A colorful and fun twist on classic Rice Krispies treats, made with Circus Animal Cookies, chocolate chips, and sprinkles for a festive snack.

- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 10 oz package of marshmallows or 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 1 cup crushed Circus Animal Cookies
- 1/2 cup colored nonpareils
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pink chocolate chips
Instructions
Preparation
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed Circus Animal Cookies to the marshmallow mixture and stir until well coated.
- Using a greased spatula, press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Melt the white and pink chocolate chips separately and drizzle over the top of the Rice Krispie treats.
- Sprinkle the colored nonpareils on top while the chocolate is still wet.
- Allow to cool, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
For best results, do not overheat the butter and marshmallows. Grease the pan well to avoid sticking and customize toppings as desired.
